Spada Airflow Gloves - Review
These gloves are well worth a look to any riders or pillion - male or female - who are looking for a light, comfortable, well constructed, well ventilated glove which looks the business at a bargain price.
Light and Airy
Initial Thoughts
When I first set eyes on these gloves I was really excited as thought they looked wonderful. On first wear they were soft and supple and although a little tight (my hands are a big small) they were easy to break in and now fit like a glove no pun intended.
The leather is thick enough for you to feel protected but leaves you able to move your fingers properly to grip on or do fiddly things like closing and opening zips.
This is the first pair of full length ladies gloves I have had which it has been easy to fasten my jacket cuffs over as usually I find the padding round the wrists far to bulky.
Construction
These gloves are mostly Leather with a Polyester mesh on the back of the hand, and a little of the thumb which allows for airflow, they have a moulded digital leather knuckle guard which sits in just the right place. They also have digital leather reinforced rubber pads on fingers and wrist for protection.
The knuckles have meshed air vents which help keep your hands lovely and cool hence the name airflow.
The palms are reinforced with leather overlays with Keprotec inserts as extra padding exactly where its needed around the base of the palm which contains Kevlar so is very strong leaving you feeling well protected, they did take a little breaking in to make them a little more supple round the wrist and fingertips but right from the off I was easily able to grip and pick things up with ease which has not been the case with other gloves I have had, at no point did these gloves ever rub or cause blisters or pain. The finger width was also just right for my hands.
These gloves were tested in both hot and humid, and rainy windy conditions and kept my hands just the right temperature at all times.

Conclusion
These gloves are great and I haven't worn a different pair since given them to test. The fact they are such excellent value should not make anyone doubt what an absolutely superb quality pair of gloves they are.
Come rain or shine these gloves kept my hands a lovely temperature and were nice and comfy to wear for long and short journeys, even during breaking in they never rubbed or caused me any pain.
This is the best pair of gloves I have owned so far and they are an absolute bargain to boot.
