Eye catching, well made jacket
Construction wise this thing is really well made across the entirety of the item, marks were lost for the length of the sleeve though and the lack of kevlar meaning it compromised on fit and comfort while in use.
Styling is right up there with the best of 'em, I had black with white but the reverse design is equally stunning so you know you are getting a good looking jacket for your money, it is a touch on the expensive side I felt though at £450 but with all the tech such as D30 and the micro 3D lining you are paying for the little details that add up.
All in all a great jacket that was just a little let down by a few very small features that would otherwise have won it a big score

Soft and supple leather makes for a comfortable tr
The Vipers are a way above average set of leather trousers with a few nice touches thrown in to set them apart, at first I was unsure about the textile crotch panel but grew to actually like it so you can make up your own minds there.
The selling points for me are the fit, comfort and how well they move, I have had high end leathers that felt restrictive in places and these just feel natural across the board. CE armour is included as you would expect and with the connecting zip available in short and long length you get a choice of Richa jackets from their range that will all connect - even the textiles.
All in all a worthy pair of leather jeans that sit at a useful mid-range price point

Waterproof, breathable and perfect for all types o
An incredibly worthy boot especially at it's price point when you consider it shares the same tech as the standard model with the addition of that Gore-Tex membrane, across multiple seasons you never find it wanting for more which is the sign of a good product.
Even in the dead of winter with snow on the ground the GTX varient of the S-race kept my feet warm enough to not detract from my riding, a trait all too common in most high spec, high tech race styled boots.
What camp are they in though? race boot with membrane or touring boot with protection? In my opinion these span both categories rather well which makes them a true multi-function set of boots.
We have given the S-Race Gore-Tex a Best Buy Award as a result!
Versatile for true all season riding
The Cruiser jacket sits in an odd position, being incredibly useful for a multitude of seasons and riding conditions it is an ideal jacket for a lot of riders, it remains waterproof and warm for colder riding and yet opened up with the vents on display becomes as cool as a full mesh jacket in scorching conditions.
Only the way the various panels have been implemented lets this jacket down though it must be said at just shy of £300 it is not on the cheap side either - something you would expect from a premium brand such as Spyke.
With the stowaway Hi-Visibility bands this ticks a lot of boxes for added safety value and with a wealth of pockets you have plenty of utility for touring.

Ideal for work and commuting
For the money the Hudson is quite reasonably priced in Spyke's range but is not exactly high in a features list. It remains a comfortable and useful pair of waterproof textile trousers though if you are happy with the slim sizing throughout this range.
For those looking to ride in to a place of business they do look very smart, very plain and able to blend in as general workwear if not under close scrutiny and where the slim fitting is a negative for many aspects of motorcycling really comes into its own in this application.
