The Arma-S suit comprises technology new to Rukka for 2010. The Arma-S uses Superfabric technology on the shoulders, elbows and knees. This exciting new technology makes any surface covered with Superfabric be puncture resistant, cut resistant, abrasion resistant, flame resistant and yet still enables these areas to be flexible and breathable. Rukka have also done away with the traditional zip for the jacket, favouring the new fully waterproof Gore-Tex Lockout closure system instead.

Somewhere inbetween a short and full length jacket, the Akkor from Bering has a sporty look and styling with plenty of Bering know how to keep you warm in the cold, dry in the wet and cool if it ever decides to get warm again. The Akkor comes in 3 flavours from the obligatory black on black to a nifty anthracite and my personal favourite in this dismal weather - high visibility fluoro and sporting removable breathable and Thermo Alu liners the Akkor is good for all weather conditions you can throw at it.

Part of the WEISE® lady rider collection, Abi textile jeans are designed to give a made-to-measure fit at an off-the-peg price. I make light of our weather but the fact is that so far we have had half a year of spring conditions and with Britain getting little in the way of a hot summer usually the Onyx is pretty much perfectly aimed at our climate. Of course the major trait we look for is waterproofing and we have yet to find a Weise product that fails in this claim, the Onyx is designed for riders who prefer a more European style and fit, the new WEISE® Onyx three season jacket features a soft touch outer shell, an offset zip and a tailored cut for a continental look.
