Corsaro 1200. A true Moto Morini The Corsaro 1200 was presented to the international press in July 2005. It is the first in a range that the Moto Morini management is betting on for the brand's rebirth. The motorcycle is intrinsically Italian: the Bialbero CorsaCorta engine carries the design of Franco Lambertini, one of the maestros in engineering twin-cylinder engines.

Choosing Corsaro Avio means standing out: it has a unique personality and an exclusive colour scheme in two shades: silvery livery on a blue frame or red and black on a black frame. The Corsaro Avio is a true, free-spirited and gritty beauty. Its strong point? The smoothness and fluidity of its technological heart: its twin-cylinder 120 hp Bialbero Corsacorta engine.

DESIGNED TO COVER THE DISTANCE Whether used for touring, off-road or battling city traffic, Granpasso H83 is dedicated to the motorcyclist who racks up miles, wants a comfortable ride and ventures into places where there’s no trace of asphalt. He uses the bike to manoeuvre the streets, but that doesn’t mean he’s not looking for some fun.

Corsaro 1200 Veloce is the sport evolution of the Corsaro 1200 and its name, Veloce, Italian for high-speed, reveals its intrinsic personality. The name is also inspired by the best tradition of the Bologna motorcycle manufacturer, who in the early sixties gave the name Corsaro Veloce to a sporty version of the Corsaro 125, a model blessed by success in that era.

THE SCRAMBLER: A SPORT BIKE DOWN DEEP Moto Morini interprets the Scrambler in its own way and brings out a motorcycle with a hands-down sporty character. Designed on the foundation of the 9 ½ project, it has a calling for crossover use, which comes through in the 19” front wheel and the tread-blocked tyres.

Moto Morini has announced model updates for its popular 1200cc adventure sport bike, the Granpasso, ready for 2010.  The 118hp V-twin has been praised for its power delivery and handling, so designers at the Bologna factory focused on enhancing ergonomics for next year’s model, while improving its off-road capability.

Moto Morini revealed their eagerly awaited Granferro 'hypermotard' at the Milan motorcycle show. Billed as a "fun bike without compromise" it is powered by the Italian manufacturer's exuberant twin-cylinder CorsaCorta 1187cc V-Twin, featuring forged pistons measuring 107 mm - the largest ever manufactured for a bike in this category - with a stroke of 66 mm.

"Sporty Setup and vintage appeal" The clean beauty of the naked bike and the classic style of 1970’s mechanics coexist in a trailblazing project. So don’t let the vintage style deceive you: under the fairing are advanced technological solutions, top-flight components and an engine delivering exceptional performance.

"9½. THIS IS MY ROAD" The name 9 ½ is an homage to the legendary 3½ twin cylinder of the 1970s. However, it is also acknowledgement of a common thread running between two projects separated in time. The 9½ in fact is the motorcycle whose style, rational design and technological innovation most closely interpret the spirit of that Morini machine.

Following rumors that stylish Italian bike manufacturers Moto Morini  have folded entirely (reported on certain other sites) we are pleased to bring you a factual update from the horses mouth - lets just say that here at Bikechatter the Moto Morini Corsaro Veloce is high on our Xmas list and it is nice to see the bells have not rung just yet!
