Here are our ultimate products of the year for 2010, stand out products that we would rush out and buy, recommend incredibly highly or simply prefer to all the other items in its category, make no mistake this is a difficult award to give and careful consideration is given to each item nominated. Sometimes the winner nudges it out by the feeling it gives you, other times there is a clear reason for it... Here goes.

To award for an innovation of the year the product must either be a new idea to the market, a re-imagining of an existing product with an innovative twist or just a stand out piece of tech that makes it worthy of consideration, with racing driving development in many areas we hope to see a good number of products in the running for the 2011 award

Sara Gubb, the Service Manager at Fowlers Motorcycles in Bristol, has been named ‘After Sales Advisor of the Year’ in a national competition run by Suzuki GB. Sara, who lives in Kingswood with her husband and son, has worked at the multi-franchised dealership close to Temple Meads station in the heart of Bristol for nine years and started riding bikes 25 years ago. To qualify for the finals, Sara needed to complete four exams, each containing questions on all aspects of after-sales, including product knowledge, parts, consumer law and warranty.
