The Evoline is a versatile helmet for all conditions
Shark Helmets
The SHARK helmet range has always been quite popular around the Bikechatter office and, it seems, across the industry in general, where they excel is offering highly technical and well developed models as a thoroughly decent price. Within the range you have what you would expect from top-spec racing helmets such as the Race-R Pro and more road oriented touring version - Race-R as well as the Vision-R which offers unprecidented vertical and peripheral vision, add to that you have a number of full faced flip front and open faced helmets which are perfect for summer riding.
The Evoline helmet operates as both a full and open-face helmet perfect for touring. With one click and a push of the chin-bar into the backward position, a full-face helmet is transformed into a fully road legal open-face option. As well as the clever change of identity the Evoline has an internal dropdown sun visor, a SHARP rating of four-out-of-five stars and lots of colour ways to choose from, including SHARK’s luminescent range where the helmet is treated with special luminescent ink, which absorbs light and re-issues it in darkness. The Evoline is available in ten different colours and priced from £299.99 - £309.99.
For a completely open-faced helmet SHARK has the RSJ range. Great for city riding, the RSJ offers funky colours, an internal sun shield and is made from composite multiaxial fibres, plus an average weight of 1350g. Available in a variety of colours, the RSJ is priced from £219.99 - £299.99. Another great helmet for warmer days is the modular Openline helmet. The Openline boasts a quick release anti fog visor, drop down sun shield, removable washable lining / cheek pads and excellent ventilation from forehead and chin vents. The Openline is available in host of different designs and priced from £159.99 - £219.99.
As with all SHARK helmets the Evoline, RSJ and Openline all come with a five-year warranty.
