Scottoiler has done it again and recently launched a brand new chain oiling system with a difference. For the first time in the company’s 25-year history Scottoiler are producing an electronic chain oiler called the Scottoiler eSystem.

The eSystem has numerous features: the multifunction digital display shows ambient temperature, oil flow rate, oil reservoir level and accelerometer readings in ‘G’. It’s this last feature that is expected to really excite people. For the first time a chain oiling system that tells you about more than just oiling your chain. It is a little known fact that a Scottoiler can increase performance by up to 10bhp and with the new G reading on the display riders can for the first time fully experience this power increase.

The electronics involved in the eSystem have come from Moto GP technology where a triple axis accelerometer senses the motion of the bike allowing the system to know when to lubricate the chain. The reservoir holds 60ml of Scottoil which equates to an extra 6 hours of riding before refills compared to the vacuum operated Scottoiler system, but with no external increase in the volume of the reservoir. Installation is very straightforward, simply attach the wiring loom of the eSystem to the positive and negative terminals on the battery and plug into the reservoir pump unit. Noneed for any complicated wiring or tapping into speedos or switches. The eSystem is temperature independent, one touch adjustable and suitable for all Scottoiler add-ons such as the lube tube and dual injector.

You can pick up the Scottoiler E-System for £199.95
