New XR1100 replica for British Superbike championship hopeful Shoei has launched a Tommy Hill replica on its XR1100 helmet. The graphic, as designed and sported by Tommy this season, is a reaction to UK rider demand for a replica and also out of respect to the courage the Kent rider has shown having fought back from horrific injuries to become a main protagonist for the 2010 British Superbike championship for Worx Crescent Suzuki.

Those clever people over at Shoei have introduced a nice new website to display all of their product information in a simple to use format. www.shoeiassured.co.uk aims to bring a central location for product technical information, easy navigation of graphics available on each model from a number of angles and of course an easy way to locate your local Shoei Assured Dealership.
Also being introduced is their next-gen helmet model due in September 2009, the XR1100 is the natural successor to the wildly popular XR1000 helmet and adds a few nice touches to an already excellent lid. See our review of the XR1100 helmet coming to Bikechatter soon!

Shoei has added 20 new models to its popular helmet road range for 2011 with thirteen new designs, replicas and colours. The X-Spirit II, XR1100 and Qwest, all of which have been introduced to the Shoei range over the past 18 months, have proved hugely popular with riders and have all attained a SHARP five-star rating in its safety tests. The X-Spirit II, as used by Shoei’s MotoGP, WSB and British Superbike racers, features the historic Japanese company’s most advanced helmet construction to date.
