Focused Events are bringing ‘Chrono Days’ to the UK after extensive transponder testing on their European events, a move which instructors believe will enhance the enjoyment and smooth running of trackdays. The trackday specialists have assessed the transponder system and how best to allocate riders into correct groups, using feedback from their impressive list of instructors including Neil Hodgson, James Whitham, Niall Mackenzie, Steve Plater, John Reynolds and Simon Crafar.

Focused Events has signed a deal to become the first UK trackday organiser to run events at the famous Hungaroring in Hungary, expanding further on its already huge portfolio of European and UK circuits. Focused will run a special event from 11th-13th June at the historic circuit with instruction from star riders Neil Hodgson and Steve Plater. Located near Budapest, the Hungaroring is one of the most famous of all European circuits has easy access from all major UK airports.

The final GSX-R track day of the year is set to take place next month at Donington Park (September 12th), and with the previous two GSX-R days sell-out events, space is already filling fast for the event that's sure to end a great year of track action fittingly.Following directly after the British Superbike (BSB) round at the Leicestershire venue, fans will get the chance to ride on the very same circuit the next day, with Relentless Suzuki by TAS riders Josh Brookes and Alastair Seeley in attendance, as well as three-times BSB champion John Reynolds too.

Focused Events have launched three stage Rider Development days with Supersport, Superbike and Novice Only groups, under close instruction at Silverstone ‘Stowe’ and Mallory Park circuits. With hire of the latest Supersport and Superbike machines plus special Novice Only groups for just £89, there is something for every level of trackdayer. With three very distinct levels, Rider Development customers have can either utilise the latest high performance models from all the major manufacturers or in the Novice Only group bring their own machines to ride with similarly paced, track day ‘virgins’.
