Cold, wet and foggy, I am sat in the departure lounge at Manchester Airport at 4am awaiting a flight to Alicante in Spain and the start of my part in the Metzeler Interact Challenge, early details have been scant but from what I can tell I am travelling to Cartagena and test the Metzeler range of Interact Tyres in a back to back setting and on a range of motorcycles on track and the local roads. Southern Spain is usually a fair few degrees warmer than the UK and typically dry so I am looking forward to getting away from the cold and wet for a few days at least.
