Following on from Focused Events popular Supersport hire days, the innovative company will be offering riders the opportunity to test the latest Superbike machinery under instruction from Neil Hodgson and Steve Plater! On Saturday 16th April, Focused give riders the chance to ride the awesome ‘litre class’ machinery; namely the new BMW S1000RR, Ducati 1198, Kawasaki ZX-10R, KTM RC8R, Suzuki GSXR1000 and Yamaha YZF-R1 at Silverstone Stowe circuit.
The two stage event will first give riders close instruction on the current Supersport fleet (2011 Suzuki GSXR 600, Ducati 848/848 Evo, Kawasaki ZX-6R and Yamaha YZF-R6) before moving onto a choice of these exquisite Superbikes from around the globe. A new and exciting addition to the Focused stable is the introduction of Triumph Daytona 675 and 675R models. Pricing for the full event including two bike hire is just £399, all inclusive. This fleet of Supersport and Superbike machines are currently being prepared by Focused Events technicians for trackday action.
Focused Instructor and Three-time Superbike Champion Niall Mackenzie commented; “There is only one place to experience the full power of a modern Superbike and that’s on track. We’re really excited that the manufacturers have entrusted these machines to us and we believe that by building riders up from Supersport machines we are giving them a great introduction to these amazing machines. It’s also an ideal place to get a test ride, it’s a bit difficult to gauge a 180bhp Superbike in your local town centre!”
