In order to qualify customers will need to join Club Infinity before making their purchase; membership is free and can be applied for either on-line or at point of purchase. An additional benefit of Club Infinity membership is that customers earn points on every purchase, just like the big supermarket schemes.
These points are rolled up and posted out regularly as a money-off voucher. Club members can even check their points balance at the till in any Infinity store. Each of Infinity's eight stores, including their mail order department, has £500-worth of Infinity Vouchers to give-away, a total of £4000. The vouchers have no expiry date, so they can be stashed away for a rainy day (or a sunny one).
